Shipping Policy

Once your purchase is made and that item has been created by me, your order will be dispatched within 1-3 days. We strive to ship orders out as fast as possible.

An order confirmation will be available and sent to email on file after placing an order, and the tracking number will be sent once the item is shipped.

All orders are shipped through USPS/UPS and only takes 1-3 business to arrive to your door depending on location and state.

Please note, once we ship your package we are not held responsible for UPS/USPS deliveries, any delivery issues with UPS/USPS must be handled with UPS/USPS because we are not a shipping carrier. If a package is lost under the shipping carrier they are responsible for claim & locating packages.

Return & Exchange Policy

All sales are final, we do not do refunds for online orders. Pre-orders cannot be refunded due to our all sales are final policy, once you make a pre-order you will receive your product no matter what. Exchanges are accepted for items in stock only. When exchanging an item it must not be worn, washed, damaged, or altered in any way. Do not ship any merchandise back without getting confirmation from us and the correct return address.

We do not refund shipping on Pre Order items, due to all pre-orders will be shipped at the same rate it was purchased.
