Pre-Orders
Kanes & Co. is currently a Pre-Order brand. Once a pre-order purchase is made on an item, please understand that all orders/products are hand-made by me & have a processing time of atleast 2 weeks before getting shipped out. Due to COVID-19 the shipping time may vary as well. It is our top priority to get your orders out to you as soon as possible!
Kane Orders
Krazy Kanez orders currently have a turnaround time of approximately 2-4 weeks. Due to the personalization of each Kane, Krazy Kanez will be unable to honor any refund request.
Can I amend my order?
Yes! It will be possible to change the sizes of the items included in the order (provided availability of the sizes) or the shipping address, of course, before receiving the shipping confirmation email. From that moment on, it won't be possible to apply modifications.

When a delay occurs and why?
The items of our collection are exclusive. For this reason, the manufacturing process requires several production and processing steps. The production sequence is straightforward, although mistakes may occur.
